Oliver Batters San Francisco for 5 Hits Friday, July 14th , 2051 All game long, Memphis's Caleb Oliver was rattling the walls at Blues Stadium and banging out base hits against the San Francisco Giants. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Blues had a 5-4 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 26-year-old right fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Caleb Oliver singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Donnie Rank in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, grounded out in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th. Oliver is hitting .364 this year with 15 home runs, 57 RBIs and 50 runs scored. He has 127 hits in 349 at-bats, 40 walks and a .437 on-base percentage. Oliver has played in 88 games.
