Moore Hits in 20 Straight Games Saturday, April 20th , 2052 Dan Moore has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The St. Louis center fielder picked up 1 more today against the Chicago Cubs and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Cardinals won the game 10-1. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Dan Moore doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, was hit by a pitch in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and walked in the 8th. For the year Moore is hitting .439 with 4 home runs.
