Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Tuesday, June 5th, 2007 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Madero-Coatzacoalcos contest at Dynamo Ballpark. The Dynamo Tom Lampe and the Pump Jacks Ernesto Moreno will have to sit out 4 and 2 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. During the current season Lampe is batting at a .200 clip with no home runs and 1 RBIs. He has played in 9 games and scored 1 times. So far this season, Moreno has compiled a 3-2 won-lost mark with 3 saves and a 2.25 ERA. In 16 innings he has fanned 15 and opponents are hitting him at a .241 clip. |
