Chamberlain Whacks 3 out of the Park for Madero Thursday, June 28th, 2007 Whatever Jeremy Chamberlain ate for breakfast before his game against the Cuicatlan Red Aces today, it gave him some impressive power. The Madero left fielder smacked three balls up and out of the park at Dynamo Ballpark. His home run barrage led the Dynamo to take the 7-6 victory over the Red Aces. "When they throw it in your wheelhouse, you've got a shot at a homer," he told BNN reporters after the game. "I got three shots today and nailed them all." On his 3-homer day, he went 3-for-4, scored 3 times, drove in 7 and put on a display that history will remember. Jeremy Chamberlain hit a two-run home run off Mike Dalton in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Nate Lucia in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off J.R. Walker in the 8th. Thus far this year Chamberlain is batting .328 with 11 home runs, 26 RBIs and 20 runs scored. |
