Season Ends for Jeff Davis of Santa Catarina Sunday, September 9th, 2007 Jeff Davis of the Imperials just might have to call it quits for the season. The 29-year-old Santa Catarina starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Delicias Canucks recently at Imperials Ballpark. Davis suffered a torn meniscus while throwing a pitch. The Imperials medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4 months. |
