Quinn Bashes 3 HR for Round Rock Saturday, April 30th , 2044 Fans are still buzzing after Round Rock whipped the Sacramento River Cats by the score of 9-5 today at Dell Diamond. Ethan Quinn smashed three home runs in the contest, a feat that would be a career highlight for most players and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance, the left fielder bashed out 3 hits in 5 at-bats, had 6 RBIs and scored 3 times. At the postgame press conference, Quinn said it was an "unbelievable" feeling to hit three home runs in a game. "Getting one homer is special, and two is great," Quinn said. "Three is just... wow." Ethan Quinn hit a three-run home run off Axel DeHaan in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Matt Casey in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Matt Casey in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. This year Quinn is batting .350 with 4 home runs and 17 RBIs. |
