Renegades Tom Stuart to Miss Year Thursday, June 13th , 2052 The season is finished for Tom Stuart of the Hudson Valley Renegades. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Renegades second baseman suffered a torn labrum while colliding with a player at a base in a recent game against the Lakeland Flying Tigers. Team doctors said it would take at least 6-7 months to heal. Currently Stuart is hitting .267 and has collected 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 16 times, while playing in 28 games. |
