Divisional Series Goes the Distance, San Bernardino Prevails Tuesday, September 20th , 2050 The San Bernardino Stampede are off to the Regional Championship Series after an exciting Divisional Series triumph. San Bernardino downed the Bakersfield Blaze, but needed the entire series to do so, with a 7-1 win tonight at Grainger Stadium wrapping up the series 4-3. "It's every guy in this room that made this happen. Without us all pulling in the same direction, we don't win this series," said Adonis Vásquez, who earned MVP honors for a standout offensive series. Vásquez put up a .360 with a .452 on-base percentage in the series. He also had 0 home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 4 runs himself.
