Blaze Ace, Pitcher of the Year Winner Saturday, November 3rd , 2068 Bakersfield's Skyler Gamez took home the 2068 California League Pitcher of the Year earlier today after a remarkable season on the mound. With a record of 10-4, Gamez was certainly a worthy winner. He made 29 starts and posted 160.1 innings, 107 strikeouts and a 2.75 ERA. He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 36.
