Star of the Week Named in ECL Monday, June 12th , 2051 It was a fantastic week for Bradenton shortstop Hubert Evans and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the East Coast League Player of the Week Award. Last week Evans hammered the ball at a torrid .500 pace, going 13-for-26 with no home runs, 6 RBIs and 2 runs scored. To date this season Evans is hitting .305 with no home runs. |
