5 Hits for Mavericks Ralat Monday, June 12th , 2051 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Hector Ralat today. Ralat went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Santa Cruz pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Mavericks Stadium, he had a 5-for-5 line and a day he will long remember. And the High Desert Mavericks had a 11-3 victory over the Cruisers. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Hector Ralat hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Kelsey Whipple in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Flynn Sullivan in the 8th.
