Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Bradenton Saturday, August 5th , 2051 Many Bradenton Marauders fans have already turned their attention to next season, and with good reason. Even with a good chunk of the schedule still left to play, the club was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Marauders have missed the playoffs 42 times in their 48 years as a Single A Advanced franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2048. In the last 10 seasons, the Marauders have missed the playoffs 7 times. Bradenton last won the A+ Championship Series in 2036. |
