Year Ends for Alfonso Samaniego in Traverse City Saturday, August 19th , 2051 The Traverse City Pit Spitters were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Alfonso Samaniego left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Samaniego has suffered a torn rotator cuff and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. This season Samaniego has gone 2-3 with an ERA of 5.09, posting 32 strikeouts in 46 innings. |
