Charleston Loses Enzo Aponte, Will Miss Season Wednesday, May 8th , 2052 The season is ending on a bad note for Enzo Aponte, left fielder for the Charleston RiverDogs. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Aponte was hurt against the Savannah Bananas while running the bases. He suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament and will be out for at least 7-8 months. So far this year Aponte is batting .227 with 6 home runs. |
