Playoffs? No Chance for Rome Tuesday, August 9th , 2050 Fans of the Rome Braves have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2045. In total, the Braves have missed the playoffs 40 times in their 47-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Braves have only made the playoffs once. Rome last won the A Championship Series in 2020. |
