Depew Slaps 5 Hits Thursday, May 14th , 2065 All game long, Asheville's Jamison Depew was rattling the walls at L.P. Frans Stadium and banging out base hits against the Hickory Crawdads. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Tourists had a win, 16-7. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 23-year-old shortstop said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Jamison Depew hit a three-run home run off Aarón Yanez in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit a two-run double in the 9th.
