Gleason Goes on Rampage Against Dock Spiders Friday, April 19th , 2052 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Felix Gleason of the Cedar Rapids Haymakers. Gleason went on a tear at Veterans Memorial Stadium and cracked hit after hit off Fond du Lac pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond, the 22-year-old center fielder had a career 5-for-5 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell them we lost," he joked in the BNN postgame interview. Despite Gleason's personal accolades, the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders walked off the field with the 6-3 win.
