E.J. Chee Out for Season Thursday, August 7th , 2036 The season is finished for E.J. Chee of the Eugene Emeralds. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Emeralds reliever suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Spokane Indians. Team doctors said it would take at least 6 months to heal. Chee's record this season is 0-and-1 with no saves and a 4.85 ERA. He has given up 11 hits in 13 innings with 14 strikeouts. |
