Connecticut Advances to League Championship Series Tuesday, September 9th , 2036 The Connecticut Tigers have advanced to the League Championship Series, with a 5-4 triumph at Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium over the Aberdeen Ironbirds. The win sealed a 3-1 series win for Connecticut. The series MVP honor went to Tigers shortstop Ryder White. "It takes every guy in that dugout to win games, not just me," White said afterward. "I'm proud to be moving on." The Connecticut Tigers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Jamestown Jammers - Batavia Muckdogs series. Batavia leads the series 2 games to 1.
