NYP Best Manager Picked, Aberdeen's Burgos Winner Friday, October 7th , 2039 Juan Burgos skippered the Aberdeen Ironbirds to a very successful year and has been acclaimed as the 2039 New York-Penn League Manager of the Year. He kept it short and sweet in the press conference as he accepted the award. "Thanks, but it wasn't just me out there this season." The Ironbirds finished the regular season in first place in the New York-Penn League South Division with a 48-20 record. |
