Grand Junction-Idaho Falls Fight Results in Suspensions Thursday, July 24th , 2036 If there wasn't a history between Julian Hyman of Grand Junction and Ray Lanzetti of Idaho Falls, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 8 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Hyman said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." Looking at his present stats, Hyman has compiled a .261 batting average in 29 games with a .315 on-base percentage, while hitting 1 home run and driving in 13 runs. This season Lanzetti has compiled a 0-2 mark with a 6.41 ERA. |
