Vega Takes PIO #1 Pitcher Trophy Tuesday, August 1st , 2051 Duardo Vega has made fans throughout Rookie Advanced take notice over the past month with an exceptional 5-0 record. No pitcher in the Pioneer League threw better in July, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today. In 5 starts Vega compiled a 1.53 ERA, putting up a 5-0 record, striking out 37 and tossing 29.1 innings. This year Vega has 5 wins and no losses and a 2.43 ERA. |
