Fayetteville Frogs Win R+ Championship Series Sunday, October 8th , 2062 The Fayetteville Frogs were good enough to get past the Great Falls Voyagers at Centene Stadium today and secure the 4th championship in franchise history. "When you wear Frogs on your shirt, you're good at something," Fayetteville skipper Richard Soto told the press. Frogs left fielder Rob Jarvis was named MVP of the series after he went .370 with 1 home run and 3 RBI. "It feels totally incredible," Jarvis said. "I could live to 1,000 years old and I'd remember this moment." The new champions capped off a great season with a 4-3 victory over the Voyagers to win the R+ Championship Series 4-3. View Boxscore |
