Divisional Series Goes the Distance, Hampton Prevails Thursday, September 25th , 2064 The sweet swing of Chima Erasmus has led his team through the Divisional Series. The Hampton Orioles star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Blue Ridge Bulldogs to advance to the Regional Championship Series. The Orioles won the final game at Hampton Stadium by a score of 5-3 and the series 4-3. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Erasmus. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Erasmus hit .290 with a .312 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 5 runs.
