They have ousted the Kissimmee Kumquats in a sweep, the final win coming by a 2-1 score, clinching the 3-0 series win. "Everything's clicking for us right now," said James Willis, who was named MVP for the series. Willis hit .364 with a .417 on-base percentage. He added 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 1 runs. The Daytona Beach Hurricanes don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Clearwater Threshers - Miramar Sun Dogs series.
