Star of the Week Named in AZL Monday, July 7th , 2031 Not every ball that came off Daniel McCoy's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Flagstaff Blue Devils. For his exploits, McCoy was named this week's Arizona Rookie League Player of the Week award. The Flagstaff first baseman put up 13 hits in 28 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .464 with 5 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
