Star of the Week Named in LMB Monday, August 7th , 2051 His lightning swing and solid bat took the z-Liga Mexican de Beisbol by storm. All week Jeffrey Woodard of the Mexico City Diablos Rojos shocked opponents with an electrifying performance to capture the z-Liga Mexican de Beisbol Player of the Week honors. The talented right fielder sparked his team by hitting .478 with 6 home runs, 12 RBIs and 8 runs scored. So far this season Woodard has 18 home runs and a .253 batting average. |
