Chihuahua Captures La Liga Mexico NorthWest Division Crown Sunday, September 24th , 2051 Cal Stuart said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Chihuahua Aztecs teammates were so excited to celebrate their La Liga Mexico NorthWest Division championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 60-49 record on the season. It is the club's 1st La Liga Mexico NorthWest Division championship and puts them in position for their 1st z-Liga Mexican de Beisbol championship. "It's a talented bunch in that room," manager Martin Ortega said pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
