Joy-shan Ouyang Calls it a Career Wednesday, September 19th, 2007 Joy-shan Ouyang said he's made enough money in professional baseball, so it's time to move on. "I did pretty well for myself, my bank account isn't hurting, maybe I'll become a manager or a team owner or something so I can make even more," he said, announcing this season would be his last. "I'm 38 years old, so I've still got some time to make something of the rest of my life." In his 495-game career Ouyang is batting .255 with 106 doubles, 1 triple, 86 home runs and 284 RBIs. He has stolen 3 bases and scored 282 times. |
