The Mesa Saguaros bombarded the Ahwatukee Roughnecks, 13-1, at Capitals Ballpark. Leading the blitz was Elijah Pearson. He was 4-4 with 2 home runs, 2 singles, and a walk. The Saguaros got a big hit from right fielder Regis O'Callaghan. Facing Ahwatukee pitcher Cristóbal Alburquerque in the bottom of the eighth, O'Callaghan pounded a 3-run home run to center. His 1st home run of the season put the Saguaros ahead, 13-1.
