Geckos fans were sent into a frenzy with a walk-off win.

The Gilbert Geckos needed 15 innings to beat the Sierra Vista Hummingbirds, 6-5, at Camelback Ranch. Neal Berry, for one, had a fine performance. He went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Gilbert reliever Juliano Martín picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Eric Burt was saddled with the loss.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 15th. With no one out, Berry hit a cutter from Eric Burt for a run-scoring single. The Geckos, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Berry said.

The Geckos raised their record to 29-33.
