The Mesa Saguaros beat the Sedona Steers at Capitals Ballpark. The final score was 6-3, in favor of Mesa. Andrew Brown led the way, going 2-for-3 for the home team. The winning pitcher was Eric Sanderson. His record now stands at 5-1. The left-hander went 5.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 8 hits for the Saguaros. Eric Jalbert had a big 3-run home run for the Saguaros in the bottom of the fifth inning.
