The 4-RBI night of second baseman Max Crawford helped the Yuma Gnomes triumph, 10-4, over the Florence Swordfish. Yuma pitcher Vicente Novoa got the win. He's now 3-0. Oscar Molina was tagged with the loss. Yuma is 20-42 and Florence, with the loss, 16-46.

Yuma first baseman Anderson Richards contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 77th hit of the season and put the Gnomes ahead, 4-3.

"We didn't pitch good, and when you don't pitch good, you lose," said Florence manager Eric Goff.
