Steers Lose to Impalas in Walk-Off
Sedona first baseman Isaiah Hammond had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Hammond went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 4 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as Tempe beat the Steers, 5-3, in 19 innings. The Impalas are now 18-45.

Tempe got a knockout punch from Horace Bartee. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the 19th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"This joint was rocking," said Bartee.
