Boca Raton third baseman Ben Martz picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Coral Springs Manatees, 8-7, in 11 innings. Cayden Craig, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. Coral Springs, with the loss, is still a stout 3-1.

The Buccaneers got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Mike Ewing. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Buccaneers.

"That last inning was electric," Martz said.
