Space Coast Stadium was the site for Florida Rookie League action featuring the Sierra Vista Hummingbirds and Hialeah Gales.

Thomas Thao led Hialeah to a win over Sierra Vista. The final score was 12-4. Thao scored 2 times, while going 2 for 4. The designated hitter also totaled 3 RBI.
