Noe Gygi helped his team muscle past the Boca Raton Buccaneers, 10-5. In the game, the Oviedo shortstop went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Oviedo reliever Chih-Lung Chu picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Oliver Britt absorbed the loss. The defeat makes Boca Raton 15-6.

Oviedo second baseman Declan Townsend helped the Catch go up, 4-3, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Townsend hit a run-scoring single off Boca Raton pitcher Frank Fong.

"Enjoyed this one," Gygi told the Oviedo Daily. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
