Sailors fans were treated to an exciting walk-off win.

Starting pitcher Nick Sanford pitched well enough to help the Sanibel Sailors beat the Fort Myers Flamingos, 6-5. Sanibel now owns a record of 24-20.

Sanibel got a clutch hit from Mitchell Sadowski. The third baseman socked a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was game-ender.

"Nick is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Sanibel manager Rich Bernard.
