Sailors Raise Rally Flag, Beat Fort Myers, 5-4
The Sanibel Sailors picked up a win at Sailors Ballpark, knocking off the Fort Myers Flamingos, 5-4. On the mound for Sanibel was right-hander Frandy Nogera. He played a key role in the triumph. Shoji Shirakawa picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 4-1. Crosby Dill suffered the loss. The Sailors saw their record improve to 25-21.

Grayson Rogers was the walk-off hero for Sanibel. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sailors second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The crowd was juiced," said Rogers.
