The Norfolk Tides beat the Durham Bulls, 8-3, at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Kyle Olsen starred for Norfolk. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The loss puts Durham at 4-3.

Olsen had a key at-bat for Norfolk in the top of the second. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and gave Norfolk an early 3-0 lead.
