Buffalo center fielder Clive Smith had a good game, even if his team did not. The Bisons dropped a 7-4 decision to Scranton at PNC Field. Smith was 3-5 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Buffalo drops to 3-7.

Roosy Dempsey had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Scranton. With the bases loaded and the Dundies leading 3-2, he hit a sacrifice fly.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Dempsey told the Scranton Daily News.
