Mosley goes 4-for-4, Leads Bisons to Win
|
A 3-RBI performance from designated hitter Matt Mosley, who is tied for 3rd in the IL in total bases with 37, led the Buffalo Bisons to a win over the Gwinnett Stripers, 5-3. Bill Fahey closed the game out for Buffalo, earning his 1st save. The Stripers, now 5-11, continue their sluggish start.
With Buffalo leading 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Mosley hit a fastball from Ashante Kearney for a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Bisons ahead, 5-0.
"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Mosley told the Buffalo Today.
