Chiefs Rally For 6-4 Win
Syracuse registered a win at Victory Field by beating the Buffalo Bisons, 6-4. Pitcher Colin Monciaux was one reason why the Chiefs triumphed. The Chiefs, now 17-3, have had a terrific start to the season.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Billy Whitney came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Buffalo pitcher Spencer Murphy, he hit a 1-0 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Syracuse on top, 6-4.

Syracuse manager Abe Blowers was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard," he said.
