The Buffalo Bisons picked up a win, 6-3, over the Rochester Norsemen at Frontier Field. Marcos González led the charge. The Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional native belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for Buffalo. Braxton Valentine got the save, the 5th for him this season. Today's win puts Buffalo at 16-15, while Rochester falls to 18-13.

González had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 0-1 forkball from Robbie Hea, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Bisons a 6-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for González.

"It took some doing, but we got what we came for," said Bisons manager Mike Berg.
