Dundies Beat Bisons, 2-1

Scranton Dundies pitcher Alvin Diego was in fine form, leading his team past the Buffalo Bisons, 2-1. At 18-15, Scranton is in 5th place in the International League Northeast Division.
The Dundies got a big at-bat from designated hitter Miguel Aguirre. For the game, Aguirre was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Scranton a 2-0 lead.
"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Diego told the Scranton Today.
