Shaun Lai, who is tied for 5th in the IL in quality starts with 5, was locked in. The right-hander led the Scranton Dundies to a 6-3 win against the Wilkes-Barre Barons at Coca-Cola Park. Jonathan Bradley claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 2-2. Christian Hellinger earned the save for Scranton.

Scranton used the timely hitting of Johnny Bender to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Dundies on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Scranton manager Johnny Hales praised his team's "businesslike approach."

The win makes Scranton 22-20.
