Wilkes-Barre Loss Tarnishes Fine Game by Little
Despite a great performance by Wilkes-Barre right fielder Artie Little, the Orlando Wizards defeated the Barons by the score of 7-4 at Coca-Cola Park. Little slugged 2 home runs. Reilly Foley picked up the win with 7.1 innings of work. He allowed 4 runs on 6 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 4. On the season, he is now 3-7. Earning his 10th save of the year was Calvin Wood.

Orlando used the timely hitting of Stewart Cicero to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Wizards on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Said Orlando manager Derril Schunemann: "Our approach was outstanding all night long."

By defeating Wilkes-Barre, the second-place Wizards improved to 38-25.
