Rochester took on Durham in front of a lively crowd.

The Rochester Norsemen knocked off the Durham Bulls, 6-1, in International League action at Frontier Field. Rochester pitcher and O'Neill, Nebraska, native Harry D'Ambrose had an outstanding performance. D'Ambrose got the win, improving to 6-1. He gave up 3 hits and walked 0 over 5.2 innings. He allowed 1 run.

Louis Tripp had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the fifth for Rochester. With the bases loaded and the Norsemen leading 1-0, he hit a sacrifice fly.

"If I do my job, we've usually got a good chance to win the game," said D'Ambrose.
