The Buffalo Bisons picked up a win at Coca-Cola Field, knocking off the Toledo Mud Hens, 4-1. Starting pitcher D.J. Cummings played a key role in the triumph. The Bisons now have a record of 55-25.
In the top of the fifth, the Bisons found themselves in a jam. Toledo had runners on 1st and 2nd. Iván Albarran was at the plate, hoping to deal the Bisons a serious blow. Instead, he hit a single to end the threat.
