Iacobellis Leads Chiefs to 6-1 Win Over Wizards
The Syracuse Chiefs defeated the Orlando Wizards, 6-1. Center Fielder Lochlan Iacobellis deserved a large share of the credit. Iacobellis went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Chiefs. The Chiefs, at 63-20, have a comfortable 15½-game lead in their division.

The Chiefs got a big at-bat from right fielder Hugo Avila. For the game, Avila was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Syracuse a 3-0 lead.
